Quality Assurance and Control
Our internal ‘RED SCHEME’ has been created aligned with our ISO 9001 Accreditation, and outlines precise and straightforward processes, starting from the initial inquiry, throughout the entire project and up to our post-project service. It enables us to standardise our operations and carefully monitor performance.
Key elements include:
Client access to our CRM system giving real time access to your project, photographic evidence of progress against the program, and access to quality assurance checks and health and safety compliance information.
Monthly reports which typically include an updated program or progress report; financial statement detailing the predicted final account and valuation of works completed so far; collation of our own internal quality assurance checks and certification; health and safety audits carried out over the month; and (if appropriate) a resident or occupant update letter complied by one of our Resident Liaison Officers.
