As part of our turnkey service, we assist and manage our clients projects through the minefield of regulatory approval. Having experience and inhouse design capabilities in compartmentation, cladding and general construction, we are able to navigate our client’s project through both Building Control and the Building Safety Regulator, and take on the role of the Principal Designer.
This process typically includes:
- Undertaking site investigations, technical submittals, and full design packages.
- Evidencing that the design and construction team are competent to undertake the design and installation of the products.
- Liaise with our own delivery team and the Employer’s Agent to amend the project program as necessary to account for the time required to adequately satisfy all duties under the legislation.
- Collate all key building information held on your internal systems or provision of advice where information is insufficient to satisfy requirements of the Government Gateway or Building Control applications.
- Coordinate and submit any Building Control application.
- Coordinate and manage the Submission of Gateway 1 (where applicable).
- Coordinate and manage the Submission of Gateway 2.
- Coordinate and manage the Submission of Gateway 3.
