The Challenge

Accessing multiple residential apartments causing minimal damage.
Removal of non-compliant fire doors and installation of new doors to each apartment ensuring works are complete and the front door secured by the end of the day.
Managing the buildings fire plan while works were being carried out.
Maintaining a continuous escape route for the duration of the project.

What We Did

Two BM TRADA trained carpenters were on site to ensure the old non compliant door was removed in the morning and the new fire door installed and secured by the afternoon.
All damage to surrounding surfaces were repaired and decorated in house to ensure a complete service to a high standard.

Why Was It A Success

The building was brought up to current regulations, with each flat having a new fully BM TRADA certified and compliant fire door.
The project was delivered within budget and within the requested time frame.
