Scoping & Opening Up Work

We support our clients by attending site with their consultants, design teams or fire engineers to help to establish scope, build up, and compliance requirements.

Our knowledgeable team can attend site with mobile access platforms and open up existing sections of the building so that a full and proper assessment of the existing construction can be recorded and assessed by a fire officer.  This is a key process in determining what, if any, remediation is required and removes a large proportion of the guess work and project risk.

Our clients find our input also helpful in providing a ‘practical’ assessment of the remediation from a contractor’s point of view, utilising the knowledge and skills from people who physically have fitted cladding systems before.
